Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in May 1984 and is currently one of the largest professional residential development enterprises in China. Entered the real estate industry in 1988 and became the second listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1991. After more than 20 years of development, it has become the largest residential development enterprise in China, covering the economic circles of the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and Bohai Rim cities, as well as the central and western regions, totaling 53 large and medium-sized cities.
