Luxury Apartment-Balcony Aluminum Cabinet

 

In June 2025, we received a client request: to build an aluminum alloy balcony cabinet measuring 2 meters tall

 and over 1 meter wide. The challenge? It needed to curve around a rear water pipe (no small feat for a 

custom piece), with upper shelves and a pegboard for storage, and lower aluminum doors for easy access.

  From the moment we received the request, our design team dove into collaboration mode—not just meeting specs, but co-imagining possibilities.

1. A 1:1 replica of the client’s hand-drawn sketch became our foundation.

2. While standard cabinet structures, shelves, and pegboard layouts came quickly to us, the real innovation lay in solving the "big picture" hurdles.

3. Our patented modular assembly system stepped up: it transformed this 2-meter-tall cabinet into a packable, transport-friendly unit—no more stuck doorways or crushed corners during delivery.

Today, against the backdrop of construction
